There are certain components where automation of machining processes (cold forming) would be too complicated or too expensive.
To carry out these operations, we produce the parts with a manual pressing operation , taking into account the customer’s requirements and ensuring adequate quality.

These operations can include shaping, punching and various cutting operations.

We have both hydraulic and eccentric presses. Our eccentric presses have a capacity of 40 and 100 tons, while our hydraulic presses have a pressing force of 200-300 tons.

Among our presses, the ones with a higher pressing force also have a suitable – larger – size table, so they are also able to receive larger tools.
